1. Eligibility

Customer ki minimum age 14 saal honi chahiye.

Order place karne ke liye valid mobile number aur delivery address dena zaruri hai.

2. Products & Availability

Hum fresh mutton & chicken supply karte hain (curry cut, biryani cut, keema, etc.).

Stock availability ke hisaab se product confirm hoga.

Images sirf representation ke liye hain, actual product me thoda difference ho sakta hai.

3. Pricing & Payment

Sabhi prices INR (₹) me show kiye gaye hain.

Prices kabhi bhi change ho sakte hain bina prior notice ke.

Payments online (UPI, PhonePe, etc.) ) ke through accept kiya jata hai.

4. Delivery

Hum [20km] radius me home delivery provide karte hain (usually 1–2 ghante ke andar).

Delivery charges location ke hisaab se alag ho sakte hain.

Agar customer delivery ke time available nahi hai, toh order cancel ya reschedule ho sakta hai.
Jb apka order ready nhi hua ho tab.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Order confirm hone ke baad cancellation sirf turant 5–10 minutes ke andar hi possible hai.

Perishable items (meat, chicken) ke liye Return & Refund policy strictly limited hai. Sirf galat item deliver hone par hi replacement/refund hoga.

Refund process ko complete hone me 3–7 working days lag sakte hain.

6. Hygiene & Quality

Hum 99.99% fresh aur hygienically processed mutton & chicken deliver karte hain.

Humara responsibility sirf delivery tak hai. Delivery ke baad storage & cooking ki responsibility customer ki hai.

7. Liability

Hum kisi bhi indirect loss, delay ya third-party service failure (delivery partner, payment gateway, etc.) ke liye zimmedar nahi hain.

Sabhi disputes Patna Jurisdiction (Bihar, India) ke under honge.

8. Changes to Terms

Hum apne Terms & Conditions kabhi bhi update/change kar sakte hain.

Updated version website par publish hote hi effective ho jayega.
